You are in New London, sitting in the entrance of a steam coal mine. The steam pumps work at full speed, but the winter is getting colder and even the automated system is not enough; even from here, you can hear the clanging of the pickaxes in the depths of the mines, accompanied by the occasional preaching of the Faith Keepers, reminding them of their divine obligation to protect the city at all costs. Sitting there and observing the traffic coming in and out of the mine, you wonder if even this is going to be enough.
(This ambience works especially well combined with the full Frostpunk OST.)
