The Timekeeper PT 1
You walk down a dark alley on your way home one night. It's raining, so you duck into a shop to wait it out. A shop that wasn't there before.
You realize it's bigger on the inside than the outside and clocks adorn every brick wall. The whole interior, in fact, is Steampunked, making you wonder about the proprietor's sanity.
Just then, he emerges from behind one of several bookshelves, introducing himself as the Timekeeper. He asks if you want to travel with him through Time and Space. Before you can give an answer, the Timekeeper's cat jumps down from a telescope, knocks something over, and the machine starts up, taking you who knows where.
